Join us at The Arboretum Trust, Kew at Castle Howard and watch tree stump carving, be inspired by demonstrations of furniture making, admire the intricacies of willow weaving, help build then ride in a coracle,

or have a go at tree-climbing!

Take a break from all the excitement and enjoy some of the most delicious local food and drink, relax and listen to traditional English music, or indulge yourself with a purchase from a delectable selection of the finest arts and crafts.

Refreshed & energised, enjoy the spectacle of heavy horse-logging, or take the children along to enjoy pond-dipping, building an oak framed structure, or some eco-storytelling deep in the trees.

Enjoy a short "taster tour" of the arboretum, or just glory in the tranquility and beauty of this very special place, tucked away in the Howardian Hills.

All of the photographs on this web site are from the 2009 festival, so browse around and see what you've been missing. More pictures of last year's event can also be seen here.

It's a perfect way to spend a September weekend... see you there!
