A woodtastic day out for all the family!

Watch chainsaw sculpting, be inspired by demonstrations of furniture making, admire the intricacies of willow-weaving, or have a go at tree-climbing!

Watch the ancient skill of heavy-horse logging, or take the family along to the Discovery Zone and get involved in a whole range of activities and workshops including pond-dipping, shelter building, arboretum art & bushcraft.

Enjoy delicious, local food & drink. Try your hand at archery, coracle making (and paddling!), watercolour painting or paper-making, or just relax and listen to some traditional English music. Perhaps indulge yourself with a purchase from our Woodland Market of arts & crafts?

Take a short taster tour of the arboretum, explore our 120-acre woodland garden at your own pace, or just relish the tranquility and beauty of this very special place, tucked away in the Howardian Hills.

There's something for everyone to enjoy... see you there!
